[ Intended Use 】
This kit is suitable for detecting porcine pseudorabies virus in tissues or blood samples.
[ Detection Principle 】
This reagent uses a pair of specific primers for porcine pseudorabies virus, combined with a fluorescent probe, and employs fluorescence quantitative PCR technology to amplify the DNA of porcine pseudorabies virus in vitro, enabling pathogen diagnosis of suspected samples in clinical settings.

[ Reagent composition 】
[ Reagent Storage Conditions and Shelf Life 】
-20℃ to +5℃; store and transport away from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles for more than 8 times. Shelf life: 12 months.
[ Sample Preservation and Transportation 】
The above-mentioned samples can be stored at -20℃ for short-term preservation and at -70℃ for long-term storage, but the storage duration should not exceed 6 months. Samples must be transported using ice packs maintained at 2-8℃, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles are strictly prohibited.
[ Instructions for use 】
1. Sample processing: DNA extraction
It is recommended to use the viral nucleic acid co-extraction kit from Shijiazhuang Shengbo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for DNA extraction from samples. Please follow the instructions provided in the reagent manual.
2. Add sample
After the qRT-PCR reaction mixture has naturally thawed, pipette 17 μl into a PCR tube. Then, add 3 μl each of the DNA extracted in Step 1, as well as the positive control and negative control, respectively, into the qPCR reaction tubes. Close the tubes tightly, mix thoroughly, and briefly centrifuge.
3. PCR amplification
3.1 Place the reaction tube into the fluorescence quantitative PCR reaction chamber.
