Shijiazhuang Shengbo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2018. It is a comprehensive, modern, high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales, and technical services of veterinary biological products. The company is located in the Shijiazhuang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Covering an area of over 50 mu, it boasts a GMP-compliant biopharmaceutical workshop spanning more than 1,000 square meters. On October 12, 2019, the company successfully passed the GMP inspection for veterinary biological diagnostic products. “Having overcome countless mountains and rivers, we are now poised to ride the wind and brave the waves.” The honors bestowed upon Shengbo Biotechnology—such as “Vice-President Unit of the Infectious Diseases Branch of the Hebei Provincial Association of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine” and “Excellent Innovative Product of Hebei Province’s Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science”—not only recognize the company’s dedicated efforts but also mark a new starting point for its innovative development.

R&D Strength and Collaboration

We boast a highly qualified research team, with 25 members holding postgraduate degrees or higher (including 10 with doctoral degrees). We engage in extensive technical collaborations with numerous research institutions, such as the China National Veterinary Drug Supervision Institute, the Lanzhou Institute of Veterinary Research of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, and Huazhong Agricultural University. Our facility is equipped with an advanced biosafety P2 laboratory, enabling us to develop diagnostic kits for diseases including brucellosis, bovine tuberculosis, and African swine fever. The brucellosis diagnostic reagent products are全程 (throughout the entire process) supervised and guided by Researcher Mao Kairong.

With strong R&D capabilities and a mature technology platform, we have developed and manufactured over 100 products in areas such as fluorescent quantitative PCR, ELISA, and immunochromatography. Our product portfolio covers multiple fields, including detection of livestock and poultry diseases, residues of veterinary drugs, antibiotics in agricultural products, meat, eggs, and dairy products, aquatic products, cosmetics, and health supplements—ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Professional Testing Services

Our veterinary laboratory is a one-stop third-party testing service platform that offers animal disease detection and diagnosis, antibody monitoring, technical consulting, and collaborative exchanges in diagnostic technologies. Our testing services include PCR/RT-PCR/qPCR assays, ELISA assays, immunochromatographic assays, microbiological tests, and hemagglutination inhibition assays. We serve clients ranging from large-scale to small- and medium-sized farms as well as other enterprises and institutions, providing tailor-made, comprehensive, and specialized technical services.
