From February 14 to 15, an expert panel led by Dr. Han Qing'an from the Hebei Province Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center—comprising Director Xu Yujing of the Provincial Center’s laboratory and Deputy Director Sun Tailan from the Baoding Center for Disease Control—conducted an on-site assessment and acceptance inspection of the veterinary laboratory at Shijiazhuang Shengbo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Accompanying the team were Gao Jinsheng, Deputy Director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Wu Ruishuan, Director of the Municipal Center for Disease Control; Dong Yi, Director of the Municipal Veterinary Office; and Hao Xiaohua, Deputy Director of the Municipal Veterinary Office.
The expert panel conducted an on-site inspection and comprehensive assessment of the veterinary laboratory of Shijiazhuang Shengbo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. by means of listening to reports, conducting on-site inspections, performing blind sample testing, administering closed-book exams, holding interviews, and reviewing system documentation, all in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.

Following on-site assessment and review, the veterinary laboratory of Shijiazhuang Shengbo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the acceptance inspection. This milestone signifies that the company is now able to provide specialized third-party services—including African swine fever, avian influenza, brucellosis, foot-and-mouth disease testing, antibody monitoring, and animal health solutions—to the public. Such services will play a positive role in enhancing the capacity of grassroots animal disease prevention and control efforts and in ensuring the healthy development of the livestock industry.
