In the golden autumn season—the season of passion and harvest—Shengbo Company organized a team-building event themed “Unite Hearts, Forge Strength, and Innovate the Future.” This event aims to enhance team cohesion and solidarity, as well as enrich employees’ cultural lives. While one person can move quickly, it’s a group of people that can go farther. We hope this activity will enable everyone to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s culture, strengthen communication and interaction among colleagues, and help all participants actively integrate into Shengbo’s warm and welcoming family.

Under the leadership of Manager Zheng Jungui from the Sales Department and Manager Wang Zhenhua from the R&D Department, all employees of Shengbo Bio participated in their first team-building activity on the afternoon of August 21, 2021, at the grape-picking orchard along the South Third Ring Road.

Team-building activity process

1. Manager Wang Zhenhua from the R&D Department and Manager Zheng Jungui from the Sales Department delivered speeches at this team-building event.

Time flows like water, and the years sing like a melody. From the moment Shengbo Company was “born into the world and began to babble,” through its journey from “stumbling steps to gradual maturity,” Manager Wang has experienced it all deeply as the one who nurtured Shengbo Company and has been by its side every step of the way. In his speech, Manager Wang recounted in detail the pivotal “historical events” that have unfolded since Shengbo Company was founded in 2018 up until 2021—just as a mother proudly shares each milestone and advancement her child has made! Through the speeches delivered by Managers Wang and Zheng, every member of the company has gained a more comprehensive understanding of Shengbo. This has helped us appreciate even more the favorable conditions and environment we currently enjoy, further igniting our passion for our work. With the support and encouragement of our leaders, we feel even more confident in performing our duties well and contributing our part to the company’s continued growth!

2. Employees pick grapes

When it came time to start harvesting the grapes, everyone entered the vineyard. Clusters of grapes hung heavily beneath the trellises—some were a pale purple, others a soft green, and still others a deep purple. Some looked crystal-clear and translucent, while others were dark and opaque. Before picking each bunch of grapes, everyone took a moment to savor their sweet aroma, their faces glowing with happy, radiant smiles.

3. Group feast: Roasted whole lamb banquet

After experiencing the joy of hand-picking grapes and savoring their sweet, succulent flavor, we moved on to the highlight of our team-building event—the roasted whole lamb. Just looking at the golden, glistening exterior of the roasted lamb was enough to make your mouth water. The outer layer of lamb meat was beautifully browned and crispy, while the inner flesh remained tender, soft, and incredibly juicy. The aroma of lamb wafted enticingly through the air—every bite offered a perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and tenderness on the inside, delivering an exceptionally delicious taste. Surrounded by a warm and cozy atmosphere, all the employees exchanged toasts and savored this exquisite dish together.

This team-building activity will surely enable the Shengbo team to continue maintaining a work atmosphere characterized by “harmony and amity,” uphold a work ethic marked by “responsibility and collaboration,” and further carry forward the enterprising spirit of “excellence and innovation.” Together, we’ll unite our hearts and minds, advance hand in hand, and forge a bright future for Shengbo Bio!
